CARE College of Arts & Science-NSS Organized Cleaning Camp

CARE College of Arts & Science, NSS successfully organized a Cleaning Camp on February 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Illamayi Amman Kovil, Somarasampettai. This initiative was part of the institution’s commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability, encouraging students to actively participate in community service.

The event was honored by Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, as the Chief Guest, and was presided over by Dr. K. Senthil, NSS Coordinator. Volunteers, including students and faculty members, took part in cleaning the temple premises, emphasizing the importance of maintaining cleanliness in places of worship and public spaces.

The camp not only contributed to a cleaner environment but also instilled a sense of civic duty among the participants. The initiative aimed to spread awareness about hygiene and the significance of keeping religious and community spaces well-maintained. Students expressed their enthusiasm for being part of a noble cause and pledged to continue such efforts in the future.
