Talent Talk – The Great HR Debate

The Department of Commerce (CA) at Care College of Arts and Science proudly organized a thought-provoking HRM activity titled Talent Talk – The Great HR Debate on 18.06.2025 at 11.50am in CARE campus, showcasing the analytical and communication prowess of our III B.Com (CA) students. This engaging session served as a dynamic platform where students explored and debated contemporary issues in Human Resource Management, ranging from talent acquisition strategies and workplace ethics to the evolving role of AI in HR. The event was designed not only to deepen their conceptual understanding of HRM but also to sharpen critical thinking, teamwork, and public speaking skills.

Under the guidance of Program Coordinator Mr. Radhakrishnan Mathivanan, the debate encouraged active participation and fostered an environment of intellectual curiosity. Students were grouped into teams to present arguments for and against pressing HR topics, enabling them to appreciate diverse perspectives and the complexities of managing human talent in today’s corporate landscape.
