The first year students undertook a Site visit to Thiruvanaikovil, chosen as a premise, to understand and demonstrate the basic Theories of Architecture. Familiarity with the typology and context enhances the appreciation of the theories and helps in deciphering the architectural expression and in turn the experience. The Students, through restrictive drawing techniques understood both the tangible and in-tangible element that contributed towards the experience of Thiruvanaikovil.
