Mr. Prative Chend, has more than 25 years of educational and industrial experience. He has worked as part of an Innovation team in US and has been an integral member for building CARE as an organisation from its inception in 2008. He is interested in the areas of education, innovation and entrepreneurship.
He has been the past chair of YI Trichy, a member of the state level CII Educational Panel. He has also represented India in G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance held at China. He is also an active member of Native Angel Network, focusing on development of an Entrepreneur Eco System in non-Metro Cities. In addition he is the CoFounder of WVI Web Ventures India Pvt. Ltd.

Dr.S.Shanthi, M.E., Ph.D is Passionate in Teaching and Administrative Works. She has Completed Doctorate in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University Chennai. She has done Research in Signal Processing, Biomedical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.
She brings with her an Industry Experience of 6 Years and Teaching and Research Experience of 26 Years in Engineering Colleges. Presented research papers in National and International conferences. Published 28 research papers in International Journals.
She is a recognized Supervisor in Anna University, Chennai. Highly motivated Professor, inspiring students to pursue academic and personal excellence. Positive approach, consistently strive to create a challenging and engaging learning environment in which the students become lifelong scholars and learners.
Dr. K. Kannan, M.E., Ph.D.
Professor and Dean (Academics)
Dr. K. Kannan, M.E., Ph.D. is a distinguished academician with over 37 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He has made significant contributions to the field of Mechanical Engineering, particularly in the design and production of thermal power equipment and energy systems.
His areas of expertise include Thermal Engineering, Heat and Mass Transfer, Fluid Mechanics and Machines, Gas Dynamics and Jet Propulsion, Operations Research, and Turbomachinery. His research interests focus on improving energy efficiency and developing sustainable engineering solutions.
His doctoral research, titled “Simulation and Experimental Study of NOx Emission Control in Direct Injection Diesel Engine,” reflects his commitment to addressing environmental challenges through innovative engineering practices and advanced combustion technologies.
As the Dean (Academics), Dr. Kannan is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, promoting industry-oriented learning, and nurturing the next generation of engineers. His vast experience, technical expertise, and student-centric approach continue to inspire both faculty and students to achieve excellence in academics and research.
Dr. R. Saravanakumar, B.E., M.E., Ph.D.

Dr. R. Saravanakumar, B.E., M.E., Ph.D. is a dedicated academician and administrator with 31 years of extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic governance. As the Controller of Examinations, he plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity, transparency, and efficiency of the examination and evaluation processes, ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence.

Dr. A. Pasumpon Pandian, M.E., Ph.D.,
Professor and Dean (R&D)
Dr.A. Pasumpon Pandian, has 33 years of experience in Teaching, Research, and IT industries.
He has obtained his Ph.D. degree in the Faculty of Information and Communication Engineering under Anna University, Chennai in the year 2013. He received his UG and PG degree in Computer Science and Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore in the year 1993 and 2006 respectively.
He has published more than 25 research articles in International Journals & Conferences. Dr.Pandian has chaired/organized many IEEE and Springer International Conferences. His research interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computing Technologies, Behavioral Analysis, Image Coding and Processing.
He received funds of Rs.1 lakh for R&D Student Projects from The Institution of Engineers (India), R&D Grant-in-aid Scheme, Calcutta. He is a Mentor of Change @ ATAL INNOVATION MISSION for guiding the Atal Tinkering Labs. He is nominated as a member of independent expert committee for evaluating the solutions and courses of NEAT 2.0, AICTE, New Delhi.
He is one among the Associate Editor for Elsevier Journal of Computers and Electrical Engineering, USA and Guest Editors for many International Journals’ Special issues of Elsevier, Springer, Inderscience and IGI. He is a member of IEEE, ISTE, IEI, IAENG and IACSIT.
