As an extention of the Rural studio programme 2015 at Mudalaipatti, a dismantelable bus sheltyer was designed and executed by a team of students from CARE and other schools of the region under prof.Sankalpa,CEPT, Ahmedabad along with Er.Mannu,both partners at Thumb impressions collaborative,Ahmedabad.
An intense three day workshop mentored by Ar. Yatin Pandya on Mass housing and it’s issues. The students were sensitized to the various layers to be considered while designing mass housing through model explorations. The workshop prodded students to take radical viewpoints towards humanizing housing.
Very informative and eye opening sessions for students on sustainable site management through TERI – GRIHA. Presentations by Ar. Ankit Balla and Gawtam were inspirational and the workshops on site planning and later on measuring and monitoring datum through appropriate gadgets helped the students and team at CARE.
