The formal inauguration of ECE student Association 2022 ’ECSA’ was held on September 05, 2022, at 03.30 p.m. by Dr.D.Sriram Kumar, Professor/ECE, NIT, Trichy.
Ms.S.Rajarajeswari, IV ECE delivered a welcome address. The introductory remarks were done by Dr.S.Shanthi, Director and Dr. A. Pasumpon Pandian, Dean Research & Development of the college. It was followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries which marked it as propitious start to the day and thereby officially launching the ECS Association. During his speech Dr.D.Sriram Kumar highlighted the importance of learning the recent advancements in the Electronics domain and insisted students to learn cutting edge technologies like AI & ML in Electronics and communication area. He also asked students to visit NIT & Siemens COE for assistance if they would like to realize their ideas into a marketable product.

Newly elected office bearers were introduced by Dr.J.Jeyarani, HoD/ECE on this occasion. Newly elected president Ms. Rajarajewari presented the plan of action for this academic year and gave a detailed description of all the events that ECSA has planned to conduct this year such as the National Symposium, Mini project expo and other technical activities.
Mr.A.Gunasekaran, Secretary of ECSA proposed a vote of thanks. The ceremony concluded with the national anthem.
