On 17th February 2024, the teaching and non-teaching staff of CARE College of Engineering went to Sirumali as a Faculty Refresher Event. The whole team along with Dr.S.Shanthi/ Principal, Dr.A.Pasumponpandian / Dean /R&D and Dr.D.Sugumar / Principal / CARE College of Arts & Science embarked on the journey at 7.00 am in 5 vans. They reached their destination, Sirumalai at 11.30 am.
As a part of team building activity, google forms were shared with the faculty during the travel period. Two events were conducted for the Faculty members for understanding their critical thinking aspects and decision making levels. They were Rapid Rhythm, Lost at Sea, Cruble the ball and 2 games for children, who accompanied their parents on that day. These games engaged the employees in a fun-filled manner, invariably, creating space for team building. Team lunch followed these games. And after the final entertainer for children, the whole event came to a closure with a Chicken Dance, in which, all faculty members too participated. It was an exciting and enjoyable trip, that helped CARE faculty members to reach the bottom line.
The team started from Sirumali at 3.30 pm and reached Trichy by 7.00 pm.
