The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at CARE College of Engineering, Trichy, organized a Project Expo on 30th September 2024. The event showcased the innovative projects developed by the students of the department, providing a platform to exhibit their technical skills and creativity.
A total of 13 projects were displayed during the expo, covering various domains of electronics and communication engineering, including embedded systems, IoT applications, robotics, automation, and wireless communication. The projects demonstrated the students’ ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems, reflecting their academic growth and hands-on learning experiences.

Project Review and Feedback
The guests and faculty members reviewed each project, interacted with the student teams, and provided valuable insights into the work presented. They appreciated the students’ efforts, technical proficiency, and ability to address contemporary issues through innovative solutions.
Shri.B.Prative Chend, CEO, CARE Group of Institutions, congratulated the students on their innovative project ideas and expressed his appreciation for their creativity and hard work. He emphasized the importance of refining these projects by incorporating practical, real-time applications that address industry and societal needs.
Dr. S. Shanthi, Principal, CARE College of Engineering, praised the creativity and innovation displayed by the students. She emphasized the importance of continuing this spirit of innovation in their future professional endeavors and encouraged the students to work on socially relevant projects.
Dr. A. Pasumpon Pandian, Dean R&D, expressed his appreciation for the diverse range of projects and highlighted the significance of interdisciplinary collaboration. He urged the students to explore opportunities for refining their ideas and turning them into viable products.
Dr. K. Kannan, Dean Academics, offered suggestions for improving the technical aspects of certain projects, particularly in terms of optimization and scalability. He encouraged the students to pursue further research and development to enhance their projects’ functionality.
Dr. R. Saravana Kumar, Controller of Examinations, commended the students’ efforts in effectively utilizing their academic knowledge in practical applications. He pointed out a few areas where improvements could be made, especially in terms of project presentation and documentation.
The Project Expo 2024 was a great success, providing an excellent platform for the students to display their technical abilities and innovative ideas.
