Stress and Time Management

The Faculty Development Cell at CARE College of Engineering organized a program on “Stress and Time Management” on 29.10.2024 aimed at equipping faculty members with effective strategies for managing stress and improving time management skills. The session focused on practical approaches, interactive activities, and reflective exercises to foster a supportive environment where participants could learn valuable techniques to enhance productivity and well-being. The program included an introductory session, hands-on activities, group discussions, and a reflection period. The following list of activities were conducted:

The FDP on “Stress and Time Management” was a successful initiative, providing faculty members with practical tools to better handle stress and manage time. Feedback from participants was positive, with many expressing that the hands-on activities and discussions were both enjoyable and beneficial. The Faculty Development Cell aims to conduct more such programs to support the personal and professional growth of faculty members.
