Our college organized an industrial visit for the first-year E Section students on 8.04.2025 to VDart, Trichy, a leading IT services and consulting company, to bridge the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge. A total of 61 students, accompanied by two faculty members and three technical assistants, reached VDart by 10:00 a.m. The students and staff members were enthusiastically welcomed by the HR representative of the company. ID cards were provided to them, and the students wore their IDs with pride, looking like professionals. The HR representative gave an overview of the company’s background, highlighting its progress, services, and notable achievements. The students visited different departments within the company and gained insights into its operations through a tour of the facilities. During the visit to VDart, the students gained a comprehensive understanding of the IT industry, developed both technical and soft skills, and enhanced their career prospects. The students returned to the college with a substantial amount of knowledge regarding the soft skills by 4:00 p.m. The students thanked our management and the First Year HOD for arranging such a knowledgeable industrial visit.
