The students of third year C.A.R.E school of Architecture are scheduled for a study visit to the villages along the coromandel coast of Tuticorin district – Manapad and Virapandianpatanam. The study visit
is to understand the vernacular architecture, spatial organisations, material and construction techniques that is witnessed in these vernacular buildings which enhanced these buildings to be climate responsive.
