CARE College of Engineering, ECE department in association with IEEE student branch-Madras section and IEEE photonics society Bangalore Chapter organized five days Faculty Development Program on “Recent Advancements in Photonics and it’s applications” from Sep 27,2021 to Oct 1,2021 in online mode. More than 75 members across India were participated in this program.
In inauguration function, Assistant Professor of ECE department Mrs.M.Shiva Shankari delivered welcome address. The Principal of CARE College of Engineering Dr.S.Shanti felicitated the event by giving opening remarks. The honored chief guests Dr.D.Sriram Kumar,NIT Trichy, Dr.G.Thavasi Raja, NIT, Trichy and Dr.T.Srinivas delivered the key note address and an enlightening lectures. The eminent lecturers Dr.S.Sairam,NMAM institute of technology, Karnataka, Dr.C.L.Triveni, Malnad College of Engineering, Karnataka, Dr.N.Ayyanar, Thiyagarajan College of Engineering, Madurai and Dr.Preetha sharan,The Oxford College of Engineering, Karnataka have made the program more informative.
