Ms.A.Shirley Mary Vanitha AP/English delivered the welcome address. Principal of the institution Dr. S.Shanthi M.E., Ph.D., gave her speech by stating “Courage, sacrifice, determination, commitment, toughness, heart, talent, guts. That’s what little girls are made of; the heck with sugar and spice.” – Bethany Hamilton”. She envisioned the gender inequality faced everywhere and addressed the ways to overcome the challenges.
Students were asked to share their wishes in their life and many students came forward to share their views. The entire session was interactive in which they were highlighted to feel the strength, love and compassion that can be shared with the society.
