To improve the competency level of students in structural analysis, the Department of Civil Engineering had a practicing engineer from the structural industry to interact with the students. The speaker of the day, Er. P. Pragadeswaran, Structural Designer and Trainer at Tiruchy Engineering Consultancy House, Trichy, gave a brief introduction of structural analysis and elaborated the various application in the field of civil engineering.
