CARE College of Engineering in association with NDLI Club and Department of Mechanical Engineering jointly organized a special lecture on “Read Books to Rejoice Engineering” from 3 pm to 5 pm on 23th Feb 2023 at the Fulcrum. Prof.Dr.Jeyarajasekar. T, Principal of college of Hospital Administration, Dr. Somervell Memorial CSI Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, delivered a motivational talk on sharpening the reading skills of students. He explained that the habit of reading books will improve good leadership qualities among everyone. He stressed an important point that “If, you want to be a successful man, it you should always spend some time in reading. Then only, they can become great thinkers, innovators and leaders. He insisted, to read funny articles that will boost our energy for the entire day.
He concluded that Books are powerful tools. When you inculcate habit of reading, it would help in improving yourself as a professional or in a field you are passionate about. Furthermore, reading makes you smarter and highly qualified in our society. In this event around 145 students from first year participated actively.
