International Women’s Day was celebrated at CARE College of Engineering from 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm on 8th March 2023. Ms.M.A.Yasmin, DSP,Musiri Subdivision, Trichy was the Chief Guest. She delivered a lecture on “Stay safe – Prevention of Crime against Women”.Women students along with the chief guest, went on a silent procession inside the college to create an awareness on gender equity, child abuse, sexual harassment, discriminatory actions towards women, domestic violence etc., to the campus crowd. Dr.S.Shanthi, Principal, CARE College of Engineering shared her greetings with the housekeeping staff and shot a snap with them.
