CARE NDLI CLUB in association with Department of Science and Humanities organized a “Python Prowess Challenge – Coding Skills Contest” on 7/12/2023 from 3.30 pm to 5 pm at CARE Computer Science Lab -1. Around 120 Students participated in this event.
The chief guest Dr. A. Pasumpon Pandian., Professor and Dean (R& D) CARE College of Engineering, Trichy, enlightened on coding Skills in Python.
The contest followed a timed format, for participants with a fixed duration to solve each problem. The solutions were submitted through an online judging platform, where they were evaluated based on correctness, efficiency, and adherence to coding best practices. Participants accumulated points for each solved problem.
To motivate participants, the Coding Skills Contest offered shields for both the winner and the runner, along with certificates. The prizes are acknowledging their outstanding coding abilities.
The success of this event sets a promising precedent for future coding competitions, inspiring the continued growth and development of coding skills in all aspects.
K.Saravanan, AP/Dept of AI&DS & M. Vijayalakshmi, AP/Dept of AI&DS were the judges of this event. They declared the winners based on the Programing coding, Evaluation time and Execution.
