HR Outlook session was delivered by Mr. K. Sathiyan, M.Tech., Project Manager cum HR, Robert Bosch Engineering India, Coimbatore on 29.8.25 for the first year B.E.,B.Tech students. He spoke on the changing trends in Human Resource practices and stressed the need for adaptability, continuous learning, and professional ethics. Shared his experience that he gained in Bosch, he motivated students to build both technical and interpersonal skills. The session was insightful and encouraged participants to prepare themselves for future industry challenges.
