An online workshop on “Full Stack Development” was conducted on 22nd August 2025. The session was handled by Mr. Guhan, who is currently working as a Software Developer at Pantech Solutions India Pvt Ltd.
The workshop mainly focused on providing an Introduction to Django Framework and its importance in building full stack web applications. Mr. Guhan explained how Django, a high-level Python web framework, enables rapid development, scalability, and security through its built-in modules such as authentication, database connectivity, and URL routing. He also highlighted the Model-View-Template (MVT) architecture which makes Django a powerful tool for developers. Along with Django, the session covered the basics of variables and data types in Python, which serve as the foundation for any programming practice. Mr. Guhan explained different data types such as integers, floats, strings, lists, tuples, dictionaries, and sets with real-time examples. The workshop was highly interactive and informative.
Nearly 210 students actively participated in the session, showing great interest in learning about full stack technologies. Mr. Guhan also shared industry-based insights, practical applications, and career opportunities in the field of web development.
Overall, the online workshop provided an excellent learning experience, combining both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to full stack development with Python and Django.
