MoU with Emerge Engineering

ARE College of Engineering signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Emerge Engineering on 28 August 2026 to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and create enhanced opportunities for students to gain practical exposure and develop industry-relevant skills.

The MoU focuses on providing students with internship opportunities, industry exposure, skill development, and placement support. Through this collaboration, students will have opportunities to gain practical experience in professional environments, understand current industry practices and expectations, and develop technical and employability skills aligned with evolving engineering and technological requirements.

The partnership is intended to provide students with greater exposure to real-world engineering practices, enabling them to connect their academic knowledge with practical applications. The industry interaction will also support students in identifying career pathways and preparing themselves for the expectations of the professional workplace.

Outcome of the MoU

The collaboration is expected to strengthen students’ industry readiness, practical knowledge, technical competencies, and employability skills through structured industry interaction and experiential learning opportunities. Internship and placement-oriented support will help students gain a better understanding of workplace practices and industry requirements.

The MoU also strengthens the institution’s efforts to establish meaningful industry–academia linkages, creating opportunities for knowledge exchange, practical learning, and career development. Overall, the collaboration represents a significant step towards bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practices and preparing students for successful professional careers.
