A session on “Personality Development and Leadership” was conducted on Thursday, 3 September 2026 at 11.00 a.m at @Fulcrum during SIP 2026 for the first year students.The session was hosted by Mr. B. Karunakaran, Manager – Operations, KMC, Trichy. The session focused on developing essential core competencies among students, including effective communication, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), strategic execution, teamwork, time discipline, integrity and continuous growth. Mr. B. Karunakaran interacted actively with the students through practical examples and discussions. He motivated students to develop a positive attitude, strengthen their interpersonal skills and build leadership qualities essential for their academic and professional success. The session was highly informative and inspiring, encouraging students to become confident, responsible and career-ready individuals.
