On the fifth day of SIP 2026, a career guidance programme titled “Inspiring Young Minds” was organized for the students with Ms. G. Christina Shiny, Alumna and Team Lead, Flex India, as the Chief Guest and resource person.
The session focused on helping students make meaningful use of their four years of college and prepare themselves for a successful professional career. Drawing from her own journey from being a student to becoming a Team Lead at Flex India, Ms. Christina Shiny shared valuable insights, experiences and practical lessons with the students. She presented a four-year roadmap to help students systematically develop their knowledge, skills, confidence and professional readiness throughout their college life.
The programme provided students with a clear understanding of the expectations of the corporate world and encouraged them to use their college years productively. The session was highly informative, interactive and motivating, leaving students with valuable perspectives on career planning, workplace skills and professional success.
