Project Expo – Micro Minds 2026

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), CARE College of Engineering, in association with the Electronics and Communication Students Association (ECSA) and the IETE Club, organized “Project Expo – Micro Minds 2026” on 16 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Digital, Microprocessor and Microcontroller Lab and Electronic Devices and Circuits Lab.

The expo provided an engaging platform for students to innovate, develop, demonstrate, and showcase their creative technical projects by applying concepts learned in the classroom to real-world engineering challenges. The event encouraged students to move beyond theoretical learning and explore practical approaches to designing technology-based solutions.

The project presentations reflected students’ efforts in innovation, problem-solving, design thinking, teamwork, and hands-on learning. The expo also provided an opportunity for students to explain their project concepts, demonstrate their prototypes, respond to questions, and communicate the technical aspects of their work with confidence.

The programme was coordinated by Mrs. J. S. Jenin, whose guidance and support contributed to the effective conduct of the expo. The active participation of students created an enthusiastic environment that encouraged peer learning, technical interaction, and the exchange of innovative ideas.

Outcome of the Event

Project Expo – Micro Minds 2026 successfully enhanced students’ practical technical skills, creativity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities. By developing and demonstrating their projects, students gained valuable experience in converting ideas into working solutions, applying engineering concepts, testing their designs, and presenting technical outcomes.

The expo also strengthened students’ teamwork, communication, design thinking, and confidence in presenting their ideas before an audience. The opportunity to interact with fellow students and discuss different project approaches further promoted collaborative and experiential learning.
