CARE Business School organized a Library Induction Program for MBA 1st year students on 18th September 2026. The session was held from 11.45 am to 12.35 pm at the Central Library. The resource person was Dr. L. Jamuna Rani, Librarian, CARE College of Engineering.
First, students were introduced to the library’s resources and services. Next, they learned how to access e-journals, databases, and e-books. They also explored the Library Catalogue (OPAC) to search for books and materials easily.
Moreover, the session covered research support and reference services. Students understood how these services help with assignments and projects. In addition, they learned about library rules and best practices.
Finally, Dr. Jamuna Rani shared practical tips for effective information search. As a result, students gained the confidence to make the most of library 
resources.
Overall, the Library Induction Program gave our new MBA students a strong start to their academic journey.
