The Tier-3 Student convention was organized SAEINDIA SOUTHERN SECTION and conducted by Department of Mechanical Engineering, Chennai Institute of Technology, Chennai held on 15.03.2024 & 16-03-2024. A team of 9 students from 3rd year mechanical engineering, CARE College of Engineering was attended the Tier-3 competition. The team was led by Dr. D.R. Rajkumar
HOD/MECHANICAL to the event. Approximately 30-40 colleges from Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala participated the competition. There were 13 events, our student’s participated 5 events namely, Computer Aided Manufacturing, Welding, Business plan, Bio Mimicry and Sheet metal. They got participation certificate only but learned, leadership skills, crowed management, importance of communication skills, and subject matters.
