An online workshop was jointly organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, CARE College of Engineering and Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Intellectual Property Management (RGNIIPAM) held on 17-04-2024 through online mode. This workshop was coordinated by Dr. D.R.Rajkumar, Head & Associate Professor/Mechanical and Mr.S.Arun Prakash, Assistant Professor/ Mechanical. 207 participants, including both staff and students from various departments of our college, participated in this program. The welcome address was delivered by Dr.D.R.Rajkumar , following introduction of the resource person. Dr.S. Shanthi Principal, CARE College of Engineering felicitated the IPR session. Then IPR & patent design topics were discussed and the session was handled by Dr. Bharat N Suryawanshi, Assistant. Controller of Patents & Designs, IPO Mumbai/ RGNIIPM, Nagpur. At the end of the presentation, participants had interactive feedback session on Trade secrets and piracy of intellectual property with the resource person. Finally, participants’ Feedback was collected through the google form using the link https://forms.gle/379QcPrgKp4qNbgJA provided by RGNIIPAM. Vote of thanks was delivered by Mr.S.Arun Prakash AP/Mechanical, CARE College of Engineering. E-Certificate was sent to all attended participants through their registered Mail id.
