On behalf of the Faculty Development Cell, CARE, a hub of educational excellence, celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and to honor the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a distinguished scholar, philosopher, and the second President of India. Dr. Radhakrishnan was a respected teacher and believed that education played a crucial role in shaping individuals and society. The celebration took place at the fulcrum on September 5, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. The event was a tremendous success, bringing together faculty members to create cherished memories. The celebration commenced with an emotional opening ceremony, featuring a warm welcome address by Mrs. A. Shirley Mary Vanitha, AP/English, followed by an inspiring speech by Dr. S. Shanthi, Principal of CARE College of Engineering, who highlighted the importance of teaching and its profound impact on shaping society. All the Faculty members enthusiastically participated in various fun games and activities, fostering a spirit of unity, joy, and camaraderie. Teachers’ Day 2024 at CARE was a delightful reminder of the vital role educators play and the strong bonds that unite the teaching community. The celebration ended with vote of thanks by Mrs.M.Shiva Shankari, AP/ECE.
