Trichy, 18th October 2024 — The National Service Scheme (NSS) and Youth Red Cross (YRC) of CARE College of Engineering(Autonomous) were honored with an award for their consistent support in blood donation drives to MGM Government Hospital, Trichy. The prestigious award was presented by Shri M. Pradeep Kumar. IAS , District Collector of Trichy, in a ceremony held at the District Collector’s office, jointly organized by K.A.P. Viswanatham Medical College,Trichy.

The District Collector lauded the efforts of the Blood Donors and volunteers, recognizing their dedication to saving lives through regular blood donation camps. He also encouraged the gathering to extend their efforts in creating awareness about eye donation , emphasizing the importance of these life-saving initiatives.
