The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, CARE College of Engineering (An Autonomous Institution), organized a Guest Lecture on Distributed Computing focusing on “Cloud Computing Architecture and Its Applications.”
The session was delivered by Mr. K. Kalaiselvan, Technical Lead – IT Operations and Support, Emeritus India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. The resource person shared valuable insights into cloud computing architecture, service models, deployment models, and real-world industry applications. The lecture emphasized how distributed systems and cloud technologies are transforming modern IT infrastructure and business operations.
The session provided students with practical exposure to industry practices, current trends, and emerging opportunities in cloud computing. It was highly interactive and enabled participants to gain a deeper understanding of scalable computing environments and real-time applications.
