The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at CARE College of Engineering organized an insightful interactive live session titled “The World of Multimedia and Animation” on February 5, 2026. Held at the Engineering Seminar Hall from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, the event saw an enthusiastic participation of 105 students from the III-year CSE department. The session was graced by Mr. Vaitheesaran Govindasamy, Founder and Creative Director of OLIR DESIGNS PVT.LTD., a seasoned Graphic Designer with over seven years of industry experience and a portfolio spanning 300+ international and domestic clients.
During the seminar, Mr. Govindasamy shared his extensive expertise in digital media and print branding, providing students with a deep dive into multimedia file formats, professional animation tools, and multimedia authoring. The session bridged the gap between theory and practice by showcasing real-world multimedia applications and offering critical career guidance regarding specialized courses and internship opportunities.
By the end of the program, students gained a foundational understanding of the industry’s landscape and the practical application of animation technologies in modern professional environments.
