The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized an Alumni Interaction session on 15 July 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM. The session was conducted in offline mode with the objective of providing career guidance and industry exposure to students. Mr. Gopinath (2023 Batch), Quality Analyst at Mastek, and Ms. Arunima Sarathi (2025 Batch), Full Stack Lead at Mastek, interacted with the students and shared their professional experiences. They discussed current industry trends, essential technical skills, internship opportunities, and higher education prospects.
The alumni also offered valuable suggestions on communication skills, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities required for career growth. Around 83 IV-Year CSE students actively participated in the interactive discussion and clarified their career-related queries. The session helped students gain better awareness of real-world industry expectations and emerging technologies. It also motivated them to focus on continuous learning, practical project experience, and professional networking.
The Alumni Interaction concluded successfully with positive feedback from both the alumni and the students, making it an informative and inspiring event for all participants.
