The Department of Computer Science, CARE College of Engineering, in association with the IEEE Student Branch and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized an Industry Interaction Session on “UI/UX Design” at AD Lab – 1 on 23rd and 24th July 2026. The session was conducted to provide students with practical exposure to modern User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design concepts that are widely used in the software industry. The event was led by Mr. Yokeshwaran J, Senior Developer, Agiliz Tech Software Service Private Limited, Bangalore, who shared valuable insights on designing user-friendly and impactful digital applications.
During the session, students learned about wireframing, prototyping, user-centered design, and current trends in UI/UX development. The interactive discussions and demonstrations helped participants understand how effective design enhances the usability and success of software products. The session also emphasized the importance of creativity, usability, and problem-solving skills in developing modern digital solutions. The program was highly beneficial for students and successfully strengthened the connection between academic learning and industry expectations in the field of UI/UX design.
