During SIP 2026, a Personality Development, Leadership and Teamwork Programme was conducted at CARE College of Engineering, Trichy, on 3 September 2026. Ms. Vivein Peter, Deputy Manager – Learning and Development, KMC, Trichy, hosted the session. The programme focused on developing students’ leadership, communication and teamwork skills. Through interactive activities, students learned the importance of cooperation, effective communication, responsibility sharing, problem-solving and working towards common goals. The session motivated students to build confidence, leadership qualities and a strong team spirit for their future academic and professional development.
