

A “Goal Setting, Time & Stress Management Programme” was organized for the students on the day one of SIP for the first year AI&DS, ECE & CSE students .The chief guest was Dr. P. Subburethina Bharathi, DGM – Learning & Development, KMC Group of Hospitals, Trichy, who served as the resource person for the session on 31/08/2026. A series of interactive games and activities were conducted to help students understand important aspects of human behaviour, interpersonal relationships and effective communication. The resource person emphasized the importance of understanding human behaviour in both personal and professional life. A significant part of the programme focused on communication skills. Students were made aware of the importance of clear expression, active listening, confidence, body language and appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication. Through practical examples and interactive activities, they were encouraged to overcome hesitation and develop greater confidence while communicating with peers, teachers and future colleagues.
The session provided valuable insights into goal setting, importance of time management and stress management. The programme was well received by the students and served as a valuable opportunity for their holistic personality development and life-skill enhancement.
