GUIDELINES:
- This hackathon is open to all engineering students from colleges within India.
- Interested students must register on the designated link by submitting their details on or before 03-Mar-2025.
- The list of teams who have submitted the presentation will be officially communicated via email with their assigned panel desks on 06-Mar-2025.
- E-certificates of participation will be issued to those who register and attend the prelims presentation.
- Participants must arrange their own travel and accommodation. Accommodation will not be provided on campus. There will be no TA/DA for the participants
- Lunch and refreshments will be provided to participants during the finale.
- Code of Conduct: Participants should adhere to a code of conduct that promotes inclusivity, respect, and professionalism. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Hackathon rules, format, or prizes at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to the participants in a clear and timely manner.
- Participants must adhere to all guidelines, deadlines, and instructions provided by the Hackathon Committee.

Team Composition & Registration:
- Each team must consist of four members.
- The registration fee per team is ₹300. The registration fee is nonrefundable.

- While projects based on predefined themes are encouraged, student-driven innovative ideas will also be considered.
Competition Format:
Preliminary Round (Ideation Phase)

- The preliminary round will be conducted online via the link provided in the official email notification.
- Teams must present their ideas using the provided PPT template.
- Each presentation, including the Q&A session, will have a time limit of 5 to 10 minutes.
- 20 teams from the preliminary round will move on to the Finale.
- A panel of judges will evaluate presentations based on the following criteria:
- Innovation—Originality and uniqueness of the idea.
- Feasibility—Practicality and implementation.
- Impact & Benefits—Societal contributions and advantages.
Finale (Project Presentation)
- The finale will be held offline at the CARE Campus, where teams will present their innovative solutions.
- Selected candidates must carry an email confirmation (hard copy) with their college identification cards for verification.
- Carrying a valid photo ID proof is mandatory for participation.
- Finalist teams will present their solutions to the judging panel.
- Teams may showcase a prototype or a working demonstration as part of their presentation.
- The three best-performing teams will be selected and awarded prizes along with certificates of excellence.The prizes are as follows:
- 1st Place – ₹25,000
- 2nd Place – ₹15,000
- 3rd Place—₹10,000
