Civil Engineering Student Association [CESA] Inauguration function was held on 28/7/2017 by Department Of Civil Engineering. Prof. P. Shahul Hameed, Director and Scientist, Center for Environmental Education and Research, Tiruchirapalli was the chief guest. He delivered a lecture on the topic of “Radioactivity in Bulding Materials”. Selected students were offcially honoured as office bearers.
Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering jointly organised a seminar on Big Data and Data Analytics on 27.07.2017 and 28.07.2017. Resource persons from FiiND – a StartUp from Trichy explained the need of big data and analytics for solving current issues faced by the industries.
