The Programme was organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering of CARE College of Engineering and coordinated by Dr.D.R.Rajkumar, HoD/Mech & Mr.M.Anthony Kingston, AP/Mech. About 50 students of II & III Year Mechanical participated in the Placement Awareness program on “Recent opportunities in Engineering sectors”. Dr.D.R.Rajkumar delivered the welcome address. Mr.P.Selvakumar, Placement Head of CARE Group of Institutions gave the Felicitation Address. Dr.D.R.Rajkumar introduced the Chief Guest Mr.P.Charles Director & Founder, Kaarlo Training & HR Solutions Pvt., Ltd., Trichy. The Chief Guest inaugurated the function and gave confidence to the participants and brief about the current placement practices followed by the companies.

- Common interview practices followed by the companies (Core & Support)
- Feedback form was collected from all the participants.
- Technical and Communication skills required for the students.
