CARE NDLI Club, Department of Library had organized a seminar on “Web Resources for Learning and Research” on 18th March 2023 at Fulcrum. The chief guest Dr. M. Surulinathi., Asst. Professor from department of Library and Information Science, Bharathidasan University, Trichy, enlightened on various ways of surfing the browser through online resources.
He explained, easy techniques for exploring several number of articles accurately, through various search engines. For instance, he discussed on accessing the database of WoS (web of science), springer, DOAJ, Scopus, IEEE. etc., and narrated, on calculating the h-index and i-index to create a quality journal article.
All his valuable suggestions were highly helpful to create an exemplary research projects with more efficiency.
