On 20th June 2025, CARE College of Engineering proudly celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga, aligning with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.” The event was meticulously organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) and Youth Red Cross (YRC) under the guidance of Programme Officer Mr. R. Saravanan, AP/EEE.
The celebration took place at Fulcrum Hall, where faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students gathered to experience the transformative power of yoga.
The program was honored by the presence of Dr. S. Shanthi, Principal, who felicitated the gathering and highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for physical and mental well-being.
The session featured demonstrations of various Yoga Asanas, Pranayama techniques, and Surya Namaskar, which were gracefully performed under the coordination of enthusiastic NSS volunteers. These practices emphasized improving flexibility, reducing stress, and promoting holistic health.
