A Faculty Development Program on “Innovative Pedagogical Techniques for Student Engagement” was conducted at CARE College of Engineering on 5th July 2025. The resource persons were Dr. C. Jeyamala, Associate Professor/IT, and Dr. D. Anitha, Assistant Professor (SG)/AMCS, from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. The session focused on effective strategies for enhancing student participation and engagement in classrooms through innovative teaching methods. Various active learning techniques, digital tools, and collaborative approaches were discussed. Faculty members actively participated and gained insights to implement in their courses.
