The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at CARE College of Engineering, Tiruchirappalli, is organizing a Five-Day Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “AI 2026: Building Autonomous, Explainable and Responsible Machine Learning Systems” from 15 June 2026 to 19 June 2026, in association with the IEEE CARE Student Branch and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). The programme is designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge of emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Explainable AI (XAI), and Responsible AI.
Through expert sessions delivered by distinguished academicians and researchers, participants will gain practical insights into developing intelligent, ethical, and trustworthy AI solutions. The FDP aims to enhance teaching, research, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration among faculty members, research scholars, industry professionals, postgraduate students, and AI practitioners. The programme will be conducted in online mode, and e-certificates will be provided to all eligible participants upon successful completion.
