A “Career Kick Start – A Road Map of Four Years Journey” programme was conducted on 3rd September 2026 at 9.00 a.m at @Fulcrum and the Engineering Seminar Hall. The session was led by Dr. Irudhayaraj Mariajesu, Head – HR, TVS Shreshta Infracon Ltd., and an HR expert, author and speaker. The programme focused on career planning, personality development, communication skills, leadership, time management and career readiness. Interactive activities helped students improve their confidence, positive attitude and interpersonal skills. Mental well-being and stress-management activities were also included. The session motivated students to make effective use of their four-year journey and prepare confidently for their future careers.
