The fifth day of SIP 2026- 07/09/2026, featured an inspiring session titled “Inspiring the Next Generation”, delivered by alumnus Mr. C. Sarvana Prabhu. He shared valuable insights from his professional journey and spoke about his work history and career experiences. He explained the expectations of HR professionals and emphasized the importance of developing the right skills and attitude for a successful career.
He highlighted that sustaining success in the workplace requires continuous learning and upgrading of one’s skills. He also stressed that accepting changes and developing a flexible mindset are essential for adapting to the changing professional environment. The session was informative and motivating, encouraging students to embrace change, keep learning and prepare themselves for a successful career.
